Our Relationships

We know that our results depend on the quality of our partnerships.

Ashoka
Our co-founder, Kevin Kirby, was named in 2013 to the influential Ashoka Fellowship, a global initiative advancing social entrepreneurship to solve our world’s most pressing problems. In partnership with its Fellows, Ashoka builds communities of innovators who work collectively to transform society and design new ways for citizen-led solutions to become more productive, entrepreneurial and globally integrated.

Ashoka is the largest network of social entrepreneurs worldwide, with nearly 3,000 Ashoka Fellows in 70 countries putting their system-changing ideas into practice on a global scale. Founded by Bill Drayton in 1980, Ashoka launched the field of social entrepreneurship and has activated multi-sector partners across the world who increasingly look to entrepreneurial talent and new ideas to solve social problems.

Bush Foundation

We've been recognized by the Bush Foundation for our work to fundamentally change the way the disease of addiction is treated and understood in the community of Sioux Falls, SD. In 2014, our first affiliate, Face It TOGETHER Sioux Falls, was awarded the Bush Prize, which honors organizations with a proven record of creating innovative solutions to community challenges.

The Bush Foundation invests in great ideas and the people who power them. Established in 1953 by 3M executive Archibald Bush and his wife, Edyth, the Foundation encourages individuals and organizations to think bigger and think differently about what is possible in communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share the same geographic area.

Sanford Health & Sanford Health Plan
Together with Sanford Health, we've embarked on a pioneering effort to mainstream addiction care into primary care. No one else is innovating in ways like this to address the costly and devastating disease of addiction in the clinic and the community. The partnership is:

  • A revolutionary strategic alliance to transform addiction care in communities we serve;
  • Designed to build and implement a chronic disease model for addiction across the Sanford Enterprise;
  • Focused on removing barriers to seeking help and significantly improving the delivery of addiction care to Sanford patients; and
  • Integrating peer addiction support and navigation into Sanford primary care clinics.
Sanford Health, an integrated health system headquartered in the Dakotas, is the largest rural, not-for-profit health care system in the nation, serving 126 communities in 9 states. The system includes 39 hospitals, 225 clinic locations and 1,360 physicians in 81 specialty areas of medicine.
